Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing effective coordination mechanism with sectors to get feedback from the general population of the FDMN
∎ Responsible to ensure that the mechanism is popularize to the general population of the FDMN
∎ Closely work with the community and able to mobilize communities
∎ Compile, report and feedback to respective partners on the incidents, complaints filed against their services
∎ Ensure equal access to participate in all camp activities for all groups
∎ Involve members of the camp population as volunteers in specific tasks/projects that are designed and planned in consultation with the refugee community
∎ Facilitate and coordinate a participatory approach among all stakeholders
∎ Promote and coordinate to ensure effective feed-back and complaints mechanism
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
