Academic Qualification:
Master's/Bachelor in a relevant subject (subject related to Information management/data administration/statistics/Computer science is desirable) from a recognized academic institution.
Diploma in data management, data mining, and respective platform.
Special degree and practice of ETL/ELT, MDM, etc.

Significant Requirements:
• Extensive Knowledge of Cox`s Bazar context and Rohingya response programs.
• Strong understanding of beneficiary`s information, identification, inclusion, and exclusion processes.
• Knowledge of Chittagong dialect & community facilitation skills.
• Special expertise & experiences at Excel/Spreadsheets, etc.
• Advance computer skills (MS Office applications, data processing platform).
• Team Management & positive teamwork.
Significant Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a humanitarian context or development programs,
• Experiences in food assistance, beneficiary management, or community engagement.
• Experience in database administration/ beneficiary information management.
• Experience with the food sector & livelihood, Nutrition will be an added advantage.
• Experiences of ETL/ELT, MDM will be added advantage.
The CEIM Associate will optimize beneficiary verification, manage data systems, drive inclusion/exclusion processes, and strengthen community engagement, communication, and referral mechanisms per WFP and RIC-GFA standards.
Key Responsibilities
Beneficiary Identification and Management:
Identify GFA beneficiaries by category using GFA criteria and the WFP active list.
Verify WFP lists and support inclusion or exclusion per approved criteria.
Maintain documentation for all beneficiary decisions.
Lead beneficiary inclusion and Exclusion exercises, including:
Coordinate beneficiary inclusion and exclusion at the field level.
Verify eligibility through community validation.
Ensure decisions meet approved criteria and protection standards.
Maintain records and coordinate with relevant teams.
Database Management:
Continuously monitor and optimize beneficiary databases to enhance data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Conduct systematic data cleaning, verification, and reconciliation to align internal records with WFP systems.
Implement robust data protection measures to safeguard beneficiary confidentiality and comply with data protection standards.
Beneficiary Referral and Follow-up:
Identify beneficiaries needing referrals and link them to appropriate services.
Coordinate with relevant teams and partners to facilitate referrals.
Monitor and document referral outcomes to ensure effective follow-up.
Community Engagement and Mobilization:
Lead beneficiary mobilization and sensitization with the GFA team.
Promote awareness of GFA processes and the Complaints and Feedback Mechanism (CFM).
Support community engagement to build transparency and trust.
Emergency Preparedness and Response:
Keep beneficiary lists and databases current for emergencies.
Ensure rapid deployment readiness.
Coordinate with teams for swift verification and response.
Safeguarding, Protection, and Compliance:
Fulfillment of organizational rules & policies, child protection & protection, Gender mainstreaming, and practice the organization's code of conduct.
Coordination and Reporting:
Participate in coordination meetings and field reviews.
Collaborate with GFA, MEAL, and CFM teams for integrated CEIM implementation.
