Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all import related jobs under Bond License specially In-Bond, Ex-Bond, Allotment, Yearly customs Bond Audit, etc.
∎ New Bond License issue, Issue & renewal General Bond, Signatory change, Lien Bank inclusion & exclusion etc.
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Export-Import, Customs procedures, VAT & Tax rules related to Export and Import.
∎ Need verse knowledge for BGMEA related jobs like UP,UD & Amendment etc.
∎ To Monitoring & maintaining all kinds of Export/Import related documentations.
∎ Capable to communicate Customs, Bond, Export, Import, C&F, Shipping line, Association and other statutory authorities.
∎ Monitoring delivery from port as per factory urgency.
∎ Negotiation with buyers for commercials issues like L/C clause, VAT, payment, acceptance, etc.
∎ Monitoring the everyday fund in various lien banks and synchronizing fund for payment of cash LC and term loan.
∎ Monitoring arrange and process term loan payment according to schedule.
∎ Local bills checking as per L/C and confirm release docs.
∎ Drafting and reporting as per management require.
∎ Must be good in communication with Buyer and merchandising team
∎ Must have the update on recent change in export procedure introduced by central bank and NBR.
∎ Must have good knowledge on LC clause, Incoterm and foreign exchange policy
∎ Must have very good knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spoken & Written)
∎ Candidate must have the practical experience for preparing Invoice, Packing List, CO/GSP and must have the experience of BL draft submission and have the capability to work in the system of buyer, shipping line and on 3rd party software provider.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
