We are looking for experienced personnel who will able to run a sings company for our sister concern Blue Dots, a signs company. Blue dots signs factory in Uttara, Dhaka. As a coordinator he will coordinate with Managing director & all other staffs , he will also be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process of signs, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality output, and adherence to industry standards and safety regulations. Leadership and technical expertise have to play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch signs products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire production process of signs, from raw material procurement to final product assembly.

• Ensure production timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency is consistently achieved.

• Team Management: Supervise and guide production teams, including machine operators.

• Foster a positive work environment, provide training, and promote teamwork to achieve Production targets.

• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate manpower, machinery, and materials to Optimize production output and minimize downtime.

• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure all signs.

• Products meet or exceed industry standards, safety regulations, and customer Expectations.

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance production processes to Increase efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline operations.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, Components, and finished products.

• Provide input on manufacturability during the design phase.

• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to create a secure work environment For all employees.

• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including work orders, production reports, and quality control documentation.

• Generate regular production reports for management review.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in signs production methods. Implement relevant innovations to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
