• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from any reputed University,

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institutions.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• At least 3 year(s) for BSC Engineer &

• At least 6 year(s) for Diploma Engineer

• The applicants should have experience in the Following Sector(s)

• Real Estate, Construction firm & Interior Firm / Organization,

• Skill in Auto CAD,

• High Skill in Auto CAD, Civil Construction, Good Communication skills, Good in MS Office Computation and Data Processing etc.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

• Skill in site supervision.

• Hard working capability.

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure they are carried out as per design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

• Interpret construction drawings and resolve technical issues on-site, ensuring proper implementation of plans.

• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

• Ensure all work adheres to quality standards and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.

• Track project progress, prepare daily reports, and communicate updates to the project manager and other stakeholders.

• Maximize sales and achieve sales goals, consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals.

• Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customers.

• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

• Any other duties assigned by Management.
