• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Diploma in Architecture

Site Supervision:

• Oversee daily construction activities, including grading, clearing, and installation of utilities, and manage site work activities. 

Quality Control:

• Implement quality control processes, conduct inspections, and ensure the project adheres to design specifications and quality standards. 

Scheduling & Coordination:

• Develop and manage work charts and schedules, and coordinate the activities of various trades, contractors, and subcontractors. 

Material Management:

• Prepare schedules of materials, monitor inventory, and manage material procurement and deliveries to the site. 

Labour Management:

• Allot work to laborers and supervise their activities on site. 

Reporting & Communication

• Progress Reporting:
• Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on site progress, cost analysis, and material and labor usage. 
• Communication:
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams. 
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of site-related documents, such as spreadsheets, drawings, and photographs. 

Budget & Resource Management

• Budget Adherence:
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure construction activities remain within budget constraints. 
• Resource Allocation:
• Efficiently manage project resources, including equipment and materials, to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution. 

Safety & Compliance

• Safety Enforcement:
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and legislation on the construction site.
