Experience:

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Textile, Business, or Languages)

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)

• Strong command of English and/or Bengali

• Provide real-time interpretation (Chinese to Bengali/English) during daily work, meetings, factory visits, and training sessions.

• Act as a primary communication bridge between the Technical Head of Production (Chinese) and local teams.

• Support the Technical Head in production planning, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

• Translate technical documents, emails, production reports, and manuals.

• Prepare various kinds of reports of technical head as per requirements.

• Assist Chinese management and technical teams in daily communication with local staff.

• Support production discussions related to garments accessories such as Yarn Dyeing, Continuous Dyeing, Sewing Thread, Narrow Fabrics, Offset Printing, Circular Knitting, etc.

• Ensure accurate interpretation of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with production, quality control, and supply chain teams.

• Accompany Chinese delegates during factory inspections, audits, and negotiations

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
