Cyber Security Management, Software Development, Strategic Business Development, Team Leading, Technology Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the technology team, including software engineers, architects, and other technical staff, and ensuring they are motivated and aligned with the company's objectives.
∎ Driving innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, and emerging technologies, and identifying opportunities for the company to adopt new and cutting-edge technologies.
∎ Leading the development of software products and solutions, ensuring they meet quality, performance, and scalability standards.
∎ Managing technology resources, including budgets, infrastructure, and third-party vendor relationships.
∎ Overseeing cybersecurity measures to protect the company's digital assets and data.
∎ Promoting research and development activities to drive technological advancements and maintain a competitive edge.
∎ Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
∎ Collaborating with management and other departments to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
∎ Effectively communicating the company's technology strategy, progress, and challenges to internal teams, stakeholders, and sometimes external parties.
