Graphic Design, Android App and Data Science Trainer (NSDA Level-4)

Job Context: The Graphic Design, Android App & Data Science Trainer (NSDA Level-4) will be responsible for delivering competency-based training aligned with the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) standards. The role focuses on equipping trainees with practical, industry-relevant skills in graphic design, Android application development, and data science. The trainer will ensure effective learning outcomes through hands-on instruction, project-based learning, and continuous assessment to enhance employability and entrepreneurship opportunities for learners.Deliver structured training sessions in Graphic Design, Android App Development, and Data Science in accordance with NSDA Level-4 curriculum and assessment guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, practical assignments, and project work aligned with industry standards.
• Conduct hands-on training using relevant tools and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite, Android Studio, programming languages, and data analysis libraries.
• Guide trainees in developing real-world projects, portfolios, and applications to enhance practical skills and job readiness.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assignments, quizzes, practical exams, and continuous assessments as per NSDA requirements.
• Maintain proper training documentation, attendance records, progress reports, and assessment results.
• Provide mentoring, career guidance, and technical support to trainees throughout the training period.
• Ensure compliance with NSDA policies, quality assurance standards, and assessment procedures.
• Update training content regularly to reflect current industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with management and other trainers to improve training quality and learner outcomes.
• Support trainees in preparing for certification assessments and employment opportunities.
