- Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
M.Com/MBA in Accounting/Finance from any reputed university.
Professional qualifications like CA (part qualified or finalist), CMA, or ACCA will be given preference.

Minimum 12 –15 years of experience in finance & accounts, of which at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in a large group of companies or industry will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, Income Tax & VAT and financial regulations.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, Tally & ERP.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and supervise the entire Finance & Accounts function of the company.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as per regulatory and management requirements.
Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and budgeting processes.
Ensure accurate and timely financial records in compliance with IAS/IFRS and applicable laws.
Oversee tax planning, VAT, and corporate taxation in line with NBR rules.
Liaise with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
Analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Develop internal control systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in feasibility studies, project financing, and investment appraisals.
