∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primarily responsible for various product-related activities in the company.
∎ Responsible for all the matters in a product life cycle management, including but not limited to ideation, market study or screening, setting product vision, product innovation, product design, product development, project management and product marketing or commercialization.
∎ Responsible to build products and/or services that avails sustainable value in terms of revenue and profits for the business. Be actively involved in marketing and advertising product benefits to consumers and other stakeholders.
∎ Oversee both design or modifications of existing products and services, so that they stay competitive and reaches the customer's satisfaction.
∎ Study and understand customer needs and translate them into product features and functionalities.
∎ Develop plans for existing products' revamps and revenue growth, improve current products and processes, provide innovative thinking, work with leadership and various teams to execute the plans, conduct statistical analysis and establish and cultivate internal relationships required to complete the productization.
∎ Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and achieve your profit-loss projections;
∎ Proactively look at new and unique ways to market and establish a strong presence of the product in the market place.
∎ Brainstorm and evaluate new ideas and incorporate them into new/existing product design.
∎ Ability to work well with internal technical teams, including UI/UX designers, developers, engineers, architects, project managers, quality assurance and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
∎ Understand, research and follow technical trends in the industry and in general. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to leverage.
∎ Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.
∎ Prepare internal and customer training materials on how to use the product.
∎ Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.
∎ Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
∎ Facilitate creation and maintenance of proper product documentation for internal and external use.
∎ Additional Responsibilities:
∎ Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as, service providers, banks/schemes, merchants and corporate partners to integrate the product into their service & operations, boost marketing contribution for joint campaigns and collaborate in product launches.
∎ Build strategic alliances with service providers, banks, merchants, other corporate partners, promoting the company's product line(s) and driving revenues for the company;
∎ Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
∎ Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
∎ Obtains product market share by working with Management Committee to develop product sales strategies.
∎ Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product revenue forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
∎ Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
∎ Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; forecasting sales revenue; estimating costing behind product development and commercialization.
∎ Completes technical & operational requirements by scheduling and assigning teams; following up on work results.
∎ Works with the Business teams and the Technical teams to set the direction and create mutual understanding upon roles & responsibilities to develop and launch a product.
∎ Manage portfolio of existing products & services; to enhance and regularly assist other businesses under the company to achieve revenue targets by improving the quality of the products and services;
∎ Plans and formulates aspects of research and development proposals such as objective or purpose of project, applications that can be utilized from findings, costs of project, and equipment and human resource requirements.
∎ Creates marketing campaigns designed to inform customers and other stakeholders about new product availability.
∎ Researches patents, copyrights and trademarks in order to make sure there are no infringement issues involved.
∎ Ensures that every phase of a particular product development project proceeds as scheduled.
