∎ Academic Qualification may be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates having prolonged background in RMG operation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ DESCRIPTION CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER: The board of directors of Uniglory has adopted a position description for the Chief Operating Officer.
∎ UNIGLORY PACKAGING INDUSTRIES LTD is a pioneer initiative offering unparalleled solutions to the RMG Export Industry of Bangladesh. Shaping the Sustainable Fashion Journey offering Single Source for Accessories & Trims with ECO DESIGN & ECO MAKE IT Solutions and looking to appoint a COO who has experience in similar capacity and worked with global retailers.
∎ The COO shall have the primary responsibility of leading the day-to-day operations of the business of the Company and its subsidiaries in accordance with the strategic plan and operating and capital budgets.
∎ The COO reports to the Chairman & Managing Director Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, primary responsibilities of the COO are to:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business of Uniglory.
∎ Develop, in collaboration with the Chairman & Managing Director an annual operating plan that supports the business long term operations strategy.
∎ Assist Management in developing and overseeing the long term business strategies of the Corporation
∎ Assist the Managing Director in overseeing the Corporation's achievement and maintenance of a satisfactory competitive position within its industry.
∎ Keep the Managing Director fully informed in a timely and candid manner of the conduct of the day-today operations of the Corporation towards the achievement of its established goals and of all material deviations from the goals or objectives and policies established by the Board.
∎ With respect to operational matters, ensure communications, resolution of issues and product developments.
∎ Ensure the development of health and safety practices for the Corporation and oversee compliance with those practices
∎ Be available to brief the Chairman on operational matters for review in advance of meetings of the Board.
∎ As requested by the Board, attend meetings of the Board and its Committees and present the information necessary or relevant to the Board or such Committee for discharging its duties.
∎ Foster a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, customer focus and service and encourages individual integrity
∎ Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels.
∎ Coordinate the sustainability strategies of the Company.
∎ Assess and manage the principal risks of the Corporation's business within operations.
∎ Ensure that there is an effective succession plan in place for the COO position and other key executives of the Corporation reporting to the COO.
∎ Assist the Managing Director in establishing an appropriate organizational structure
∎ Evaluate the performance of senior executives of the Company reporting to the COO
∎ Perform other functions related to the office of the COO or as may be requested by the Managing Director or the Board.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ At least 15 years hand on experience in manufacturing & operating process in RMG sector.
