Job Context:
∎ Candidate should have at least 25 years experience in running Production,Planning and Manufacturing Operations.
∎ Must have handled a business of $100 Million Lingerie Business.
∎ Should have excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills,
∎ Financial acumen and deep understanding of apparel industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide manufacturing expertise to the Production team and ensure implementation of cost reduction/efficiency improvement through process changes/improvements.
∎ Responsible for overall manufacturing operation from order confirmation to delivery with optimize the planned capacity utilization & profitability.
∎ Conceptualizing & implementing projects, annual improvement plans for process re engineering, technology absorption projects for expansion and new products.
∎ Adequate knowledge, potential and drive to handle large scale Apparel Manufacturing vertical with a clear commitment to continuously improve the performance matrix in line with corporate objectives.
∎ Winning attitude in effectively negotiating & achieving target profitability by way of innovative ideas of simplifying the processes that is viable in terms of manufacturing / profitability.
∎ Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team.
∎ Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
∎ Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
∎ Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.
∎ Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
∎ Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact.
