• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or any relevant engineering discipline

• Professional training or certification in Industrial Engineering will be preferred

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• More than 5 years of practical experience in Industrial Engineering

• Strong knowledge of SMV, line balancing, productivity improvement, and cost control

• Experience in manufacturing / footwear / garment industry will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate IE team activities to ensure smooth production flow and efficiency.

• Design and monitor line layouts; minimize changeover time during style or article changes.

• Conduct article and operation analysis; prepare SMV and operation bulletins.

• Ensure optimum utilization of Man, Machine, and Materials (3M).

• Prepare manpower budgeting and fix production targets based on efficiency and SMV.

• Increase daily production through line balancing and productivity improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with production, planning, quality, HR, and maintenance departments to enhance productivity.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and KPI reports.

• Identify, record, and reduce non-productive time (NPT).

• Support worker recruitment through skill tests and proper placement.

• Perform CPM, CM, and cost calculations; support cost reduction initiatives.

• Identify operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Reduce factory overhead costs through continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of IE.
