Job Context

Quality Assurance

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure quality across all footwear production processes.

• Troubleshoot production issues related to materials, chemicals, machines, and process controls.

• Conduct in-line, final, and AQL inspections.

• Develop, implement, and sustain QA SOPs.

• Provide technical support for sample and bulk production.

• Manage quality of outsourced components and upper units.

• Monitor Quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis.

• Train and mentor team members to achieve “First Time Right” quality.

• Coordinate with production and management teams as required.
