• Age 35 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing of Outerwear/Light-heavy/ padded and quilted jackets.

• Strong knowledge of jacket construction, technical specs, and production processes.

• Hands-on experience in line setup, output tracking, and WIP control.

• Proficient in production planning software.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication in English (written and verbal).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Job Context:

REZA FOOD & BEVERAGE LTD. is establishing a new food manufacturing plant for producing Snacks, Bread, Biscuits, Noodles and other FMCG products.

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Graphics Designer who will play a key role during the factory start-up phase by developing brand identity, product packaging, marketing materials, and visual communication assets from scratch.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a food brand from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities:

Branding & Packaging Development:

Design product packaging for snacks, biscuits, bread, noodles and other FMCG products.

Develop brand identity including logo, color palette, typography, and brand guidelines.

Prepare packaging artworks as per printing and production specifications.

Coordinate with packaging suppliers and printing vendors.

Marketing & Promotional Materials:

Design brochures, posters, banners, POS materials, and trade marketing assets.

Create social media creatives and digital campaign materials.

Develop product mockups and 3D packaging presentations.

Production Coordination:

Ensure print-ready files meet technical standards.

Support marketing and sales teams with promotional design needs.

Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
