• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Age 22 to 35 years

• More than 5 year(s) Industrial experience in quality assurance.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation, Quality, Testing

• Candidate should have work experience in any compliance factory.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• Quality Control/Audit, Production Management, Inspection

• Good interpersonal, Effective communication and report writing skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.

• Must be dynamic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.

• Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, word and excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.

Quality Assurance

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall quality assurance for Footwear Industry.

• Knowledge of all international QA methods

• Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards/ Manual.

• As per quality manual must run the quality control system.

• Setting QA team and achieve qualitative result.

• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.

• Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and investigated, if necessary.

• Risk points disclose to respective person & identify new risk points.

• Introduce/ use new machine/ technique to increase productivity with optimum quality.

• Apply quality controlling process from development to shipment.

• To manage a team of QA members to provide quality QA inspection services and technical support to ensure customers quality standards are met.

• Shall able to improve existing Quality Management System (QMS) and day to day development of the buyer’s requirement and aware of the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) of the buyers.

• Shall ensure product quality as per buyer's requirement, safety and AQL specification.

• Shall ensure both preventive & remedial measures against any sort of occurrence and defect terminology.

• Need to make SOP for every section, established in practice.

• Must have ability to face on Technical Audit & QMS Audit.
