Role Overview:
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a strategic executive role responsible for defining and driving the overall marketing vision and revenue growth strategy for the organization. This role encompasses leadership across B2C and B2B segments, overseeing product marketing, brand development, and large-scale campaign execution. The CMO will secure strategic approvals, optimize marketing investments, build in-house capabilities, and leverage technology like AI/ML to enhance customer engagement. Additionally, the CMO plays a critical role in enhancing company valuation and securing venture capital funding.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy to achieve significant B2C and strategic project’s revenue targets, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term business plan and securing board approvals.
Drive the acquisition of paid B2C users through innovative marketing initiatives and data-driven campaigns.
Lead the development and implementation of the product marketing strategy, including the rectification of the Product Bluebook and addressing product journey gaps.
Oversee the retail outlet network to maximize monthly revenue generation and market penetration.
Lead integration and partnership initiatives with Telco partners to expand digital distribution and service availability.
Develop and manage Telco and MFS-related business cases, feasibility studies, and revenue targets.
Ensure alignment of product and marketing roadmaps with Telco integration milestones and campaign rollouts.
Champion the integration of BI, Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and AI/ML capabilities to personalize customer interactions and improve marketing efficiency.
Establish and manage in-house creative, media, and PR agencies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and maintain brand consistency.
Manage the marketing budget with a focus on cost efficiency, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI across all campaigns.
Lead efforts to enhance company valuation and secure venture capital funding through strategic positioning and investor engagement.
Job Requirements:
Educational Requirements
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Strategy, Business Analytics or a related field.
Advanced certifications in digital marketing, leadership, or technology are advantageous.
Job Knowledge
Expert knowledge of B2C and B2B marketing strategies, revenue growth models, and brand management.
Deep understanding of product marketing, customer lifecycle management, and AI/ML applications in marketing.
Familiarity with venture capital processes, investor relations, and financial valuation principles.
