Program Overview
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed as a two (2) year structured development journey focused on continuous learning, innovation, and leadership growth.
Duration: 24 months
Structure: Quarterly job rotations and functional alignments with the strategic projects.
Development Plan: Upon successful completion of a 2-year journey, each Graduate Trainee Officer (GTO) will be placed in a Mid-level Managerial position (Assistant Manager) aligned with their preferred function and performance record.
Job Requirements
Educational Requirements
Required minimum CGPA – 3.60
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed public or private universities.
Preferred disciplines: Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management Information System, Software Engineering, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related fields.
Experience Requirements
Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of professional experience.
Internship or project experience will be considered an added advantage.
Participation in competitions, volunteering, or extra-curricular activities in student life.
