Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing internal and external relationships including meeting with key stakeholders and engaging with shareholders, the public, and government entities.
∎ Being a knitting, dyeing, manages the planning, marketing, production, implementation, and analysis of
∎ fashion design campaigns & ensures campaigns are aligned with established branding guidelines.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and drive innovation within the company.
∎ Setting the tone for the company's work culture and embodying the company's vision.
∎ Strictly monitoring all the factory's operation with proper observation then develop and manage the company’s budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
∎ Monitor financial performance and make strategic adjustments as necessary then report on the company’s financial and operational performance to the Board and stakeholders.
∎ Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to achieve business growth and profitability.
∎ Works closely with other executives such as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Human Resources to create budgets, assess investment risks and manage payroll, benefits, and hiring.
∎ Preparing employees as per standard of the organization and Setting environment for employee's corporate performance by collaborating with the leadership team.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic Salary: $ 3,500.00 Per month
∎ House Rent: $ 400.00 Per month
∎ Medical Allowance $ 50.00 Per Month
∎ As per company policy.
