∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 8 to 10 years experience in related department, Business Development, Buyer Handling
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Core responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet company's target volume for both off-peak seasons.
∎ Applicant must have excellent knowledge in sweater marketing with capacity to negotiate orders, handle clients and analyze international market trends.
∎ Sourcing, developing and dealing with buyers independently with relevant merchandising involvement.
∎ Having excellent product knowledge with capacity of handing very demanding customers.
∎ Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company with monitoring the company's marketing budget and keeping cost in control.
∎ Should be capable to correspondence/ negotiate with Buyer/ Agents in procuring orders and arrange timely deliveries by follow-up production.
∎ Interacting with buyers on technical support and commercial/pricing matters prior discussion with superiors.
∎ Preparing cost sheets detailing with buyers and keeping a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability.
∎ Planning and organizing all delivery schedules as per buyer's requirements to achieve on-time shipments.
∎ Co-ordinate and work closely with the merchandising and other team members for smooth production and planning.
