Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineer.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge of the product development process and experience related to various delivery system technologies (e.g., emulsion chemistry, polymer chemistry, reaction products, solvents, paints & building material)
∎ Developing, implementing and managing strategic plans for operational activity with top management;
∎ Prepare test solutions, compounds, and reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct test.
∎ Assist to develop new formulation.
∎ Test, analyze and report on raw materials, packaging materials and finished products of any kind of Paints.
∎ Develop, improve, and customize products, equipment, formulas, processes, and analytical methods.
∎ Create and maintain laboratory record documentation (notebooks and computer-based), document exact steps followed during analysis execution, calculate and report results in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of resources (Man, Machine and Materials).
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and company objectives.
∎ Quality checking.
∎ Quality assurance.

∎ Willing to work under pressure
∎ 02-03 years working experience in relevant field is preferred.
∎ Good team player.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Good inter-personal skill.
∎ Good communication skill both in Bangla & English.
