Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Chemistry / Graduation in Chemistry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for chemical compliances throughout the total process of purchasing of chemicals to end product and maintaining the global ZDHC MRSL requirements and company MRSL.
∎ Maintaining buyer RSL requirements.
∎ Ensuring the compliance process being followed on chemical management as well as buyer requirement.
∎ Responsible for Chemical Inventory management, data updating in Chemical Inventory Software like B-hive
∎ Preparing CSDS in local language following the MSDS.
∎ Maintaining and controlling of chemical suppliers with the relevant company requirements through the procurement.
∎ Inspection and monitoring of chemical storing, handling, disposing throughout the whole production processes as well as other chemical handling sections.
∎ Quality analyzing of purchased chemicals and monitoring of daily issuing chemicals.
∎ Daily Factory visit to sustain the implemented practices.
∎ Conducting internal Audit on Chemical management monthly and take necessary corrective action to rectify the issue if any.
∎ Conduct frequent chemical handling awareness trainings.
∎ In addition to above mentioned duties & responsibilities, you are bound to adhere & accept any other work, which will be assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Analytical & testing knowledge of environment chemistry, physical chemistry, organic and inorganic chemistry + Polymer chemistry.
∎ Innovative solution for Chemical Management.
∎ Good knowledge on Laboratory equipment which related to Chemical Management.
∎ 1- or 2-years' experience, preferably
