Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be the face of the organisation in the country for external parties
∎ Develop strong, effective relationships with all corresponding banks primarily in Bangladesh and Pakistan, to include Bangladesh Bank
∎ Liaise where required with other external parties, including vendors and business partners
∎ Assist in preparing and managing the centre's budget
∎ Assist in preparing and implementing change programmes, timetables and staff rotas
∎ Assist the Department Heads locally - such as Compliance, Finance, Operations and BDM - to ensure that the organisation is running as expected and to maintain high service standards
∎ Oversee the internal upkeep of the premises
∎ Day-to-day troubleshooting and addressing problems as they arise
∎ Leading by example in maintaining service standards
∎ Assist where required with recruitment
∎ Ensure that cash transactions are properly managed and recorded
∎ Assist with local marketing and promotional activities
∎ Coordinate ongoing BPO/call centre licence application
∎ Any other duties as required by senior management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position in any financial institution desirable.
∎ Office / department/ team/ business unit management essential.
∎ Project management desirable.
∎ Experience of a regulated environment desirable.
∎ HR management experience desirable.
Salary: Negotiable
