Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The individual is primarily responsible for smooth running of Credit Card Customer Services in City Bank Branches and AMEX Centers.
∎ Ensure communication with potential customers to achieve business target and create opportunities to maximize Bank's earnings.
∎ Collect and maintain documents of card members properly.
∎ Maintain liaison with relevant internal departments.
∎ The primary job role of Card Ambassador is to provide Debit card & Credit card related services to the customers. The incumbent needs to handle all customer queries, requests, complains and disputes patiently and appropriately according to policy.
∎ The individual is primarily responsible for smooth running of Credit Card Customer Services in City Bank Branches and AMEX Centers.
