Ensure punctuality and adherence to daily work schedules.
Maintain call quality and professionalism throughout interactions.
Follow company protocols for data handling and confidentiality.
Report any challenges or irregularities to the supervisor promptly.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.
Achieve daily/monthly targets for call volume, quality, and conversion
