Education:

• Bachelor/Honors

• English Medium schooling and primary education, O and A Levels required

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on subjects in Business Development, Marketing and Communications, Business Administration / Management, or demonstrable equivalent practical experience and skills to substitute degree requirement

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience in people management and team leadership

• Experience in customer care, client and portfolio account management

• Experience in a sales role, sales advertising or sales operations

• Experience engaging with clients and accounts, and fostering new business

Preferred qualifications:

• 3-8 years of experience in customer care, sales operations and advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies

• 2-5 years of experience in developing sales strategies, sales coaching, mentoring and delivering strategic business goals

• Experience in US advertising, sales, digital marketing, consulting or media specific industry

• Ability to ensure consistent focus on aspects of the business that drive sustained growth

• Excellent business sense, problem-solving, project management and research skills

• Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication and teamwork skills

Required Skills and Expertise

• Position is for a US Based company and requires Night Shift working hours.

• Applicants must work Saturdays as required.

Job Context

• Iconic Solutions is partnered with Boston Appraisal Services, a US Company based out of Boston, MA. We provide back-end services ranging from financial analysis, sales and marketing to customer care. In this role, you will be part of a team of Business Development and Customer Care Associates, to bring in business growth for Boston Appraisal Services. You will work with a variety of end-customers and organizations engaged in the US real estate market, such as banks, law offices, accounting firms, etc. You will oversee customer care, new business acquisition and work to deliver the optimal service to every customer account. You will oversee customer acquisition strategy for a portion of the United States, and work as part of an engaged leadership team focused on growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Focus on the management, operations, and support of a customer care and business development sales team to deliver on business growth, engagement, and customer satisfaction for a portfolio of customers.

• Work with colleagues to ensure collaboration between your team, partners, and cross-functional teams, and align with companywide priorities.

• Cultivate and build relationships with customers through engagement, customer care, and client management.

• Guide and help teams to build and manage effective short and long-term plans for business and customer growth.

Location: Chittagong; Chittagong residents preferred. Work from home will be considered for ideal applicants anywhere in Bangladesh.

• Salary Range: BDT 40,000 to BDT 80,000, depending on skill and experience.
