• Successful applicants must demonstrate exceptional English communication skills. Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.

Shift: Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with foreign clients via phone and email communications

• Maintain professional interactions with the client`s thought leadership and content platform

• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients

• Identify customer needs and clarify information

• Manage schedules, track progress, update statuses, handle mail, process orders, and upload reports

• Exhibit strong analytical skills to collect, organize, and analyze data with a focus on detail and accuracy

• Perform tasks as assigned, work independently, and multitask efficiently with minimal supervision

• Contribute to achieving company goals through individual and team efforts
