Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have a good eye sight, with excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation skills and analytical abilities.
∎ Able to communicate independently with foreign clients (US) over phone and email.
∎ Able to communicate with each client with professional manner directly aligned with the client's through leadership and content platform.
∎ Able to schedule daily works, maintaining work status and response clients regarding work order and current status of the orders.
∎ Able to take care of mail, receiving work orders over phone or from recognized site and upload reports to client's site.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority
∎ Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to do multitask.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 2 years of relevant experience (Candidates who worked as a supervisor in the international call center or BPO will get preference, however this is not a call center. Please visit: www.iconicsolutionsbd.com).
∎ Fluent in English both spoken and writing.
∎ Applicant will have to work at NIGHT SHIFT.
∎ Must be a team player and can get along with the co-workers.
∎ Strong knowledge on computer/net surfing/mailing.
∎ Excellent Communication skill with foreign customers.
∎ Good Band Score in IELTS (Minimum 6.5) will get extra advantage.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
