Education:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS) in Public Relations, Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Public Relations
∎ A Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Fundraising, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 3-5 years of fundraising experience, with a background in sales or marketing also considered.
∎ A strong understanding of NGO sector and its dynamics.
∎ Experience in managing a team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
∎ Exceptional written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identifying potential sources of funding and staying updated on trends in the fundraising landscape.
∎ Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to ensure ongoing support.
∎ Prepare compelling grant proposals and applications for government agencies, foundations, and corporations.
∎ Developing and maintaining quarterly budgets related to fundraising activities.
∎ Devising creative strategies to increase awareness about the MOMODa FOUNDATION’s mission and fundraising campaigns.
∎ Implementing a diverse range of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract donors and sponsors.
∎ Organizing and participating in non-profit events and networking with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on fundraising progress.
∎ Identify and engage potential corporate partners for sponsorships and donations.
∎ Establishing strong relationships with staff, members of the public, and the media to foster support for fundraising initiatives.
∎ Manage individual donor campaigns, including donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship.
∎ Maintaining CRM to track the relationship development with different stakeholders
∎ Preparing presentations for different stakeholders and presenting MOMODa FOUNDATION in various events
∎ Experience in networking activities to secure market research projects from different national and MNC’s.
∎ MOMODa FOUNDATION is a research-oriented development organization aimed at creating a society with reduced poverty and inequality. The foundation has been working in both rural and urban Bangladesh since 2011. Along with ten on-going projects, it has successfully implemented more than thirty-five action research projects in association with world’s renowned academics and research institutions and funding partners, with active collaboration with local public and non-government organizations.
