Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor (4 years) degree and master's in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Development Studies, Social Science, Anthropology and equivalent studies from a reputed University.
Job Context:
∎ The Business Analyst/ Research Analyst is supervised directly by the Director of Innovation and New business, who defines general work objectives and provides necessary advice and guidance.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time but has flexibility in timing (Saturday - Thursday)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and maintain day-to-day communications with partners, clients, and principals.
∎ Lead the market research/any other research done by the company.
∎ Prepare the draft reports as assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Perform quality assurance and define reporting and alerting requirements
∎ Participate in designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes
∎ Explore familiar sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the marketing team
∎ Interact with the marketing team to share key insights and findings
∎ Search for ways to improve monitoring, discover topics and deliver better value to the customer
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresh Graduate or maximum of two years of experience in the relevant field.
∎ Excellent skill in MS Office, especially MS Word, Excel (desirable), and PowerPoint
∎ Capable of both Bangla and English typing.
∎ The candidate should have excellent report writing skill
∎ Fluency in English and Bangla communication (oral and written) required
∎ Experience in Data Analysis with SPSS/STATA will be added advantage.
∎ Previous research experiences will be added advantage.
