Responsibilities & Context:
∎ End to end knowledge about ERP Software and development
∎ Understand and define the project scope, schedule and deliverables while collaborating closely with internal business teams to align with their needs and expectations.
∎ Manage end-to-end ERP project processes, ERP Software Module Design, Database Design, ERP Software related reports
∎ Oversee the ongoing maintenance and support of the ERP system, including regular updates, patches, and troubleshooting.
∎ Ensure the ERP system meets relevant regulations, industry standards, and maintains data security and privacy.
∎ Understanding of databases, data structures, and integration processes of ERP.
∎ Conduct regular discussions with Group IT and business teams to address issues, concerns, and requirements.
∎ Provide weekly and monthly updates to management and business teams regarding project status, issues, and concerns.
∎ Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
∎ Lead efforts to address external audit concerns and mitigate recurring issues.
∎ Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies to keep ERP System at the forefront of innovation
