∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to understand woven products like Shirt & Pant with others;
∎ Email checking and replying;
∎ Sample checking and commenting and advice for correction;
∎ Attending fit session with customer ;
∎ Making the comments in the workbook which customer commented on;
∎ Conducting Risk Analysis meeting;
∎ Collecting all relevant document and test report for PPM;
∎ Conducting PPM and making PPM notes;
∎ Ensure all SOP are implemented and maintaining according to customer manual;
∎ Proactively raise style specific call outs during line review;
∎ Ensure all style alert CAP are implemented;
∎ Ensure Pilot run product review properly;
∎ Ensure all concern points are corrected;
∎ Ensure 100% Key POM are maintaining;
∎ Ensure to maintain overall quality level (OQL);
∎ Create defects reduction plan based on OQL and top 3 defects/ daily/weekly/monthly;
∎ Campaigning the production and quality team for practicing the first-time right work;
∎ Inspection Planning and conducting;
∎ First wash lot checking and give feedback to the washing team for the improvement ;
∎ Checking fabric inspection result, shade continuity and blanket and shade band;
∎ Collecting all relevant document and test report for FRI;
∎ Coordinate with buying team;
∎ Attending meeting with customer team;
∎ Final inspection if fail then discuss for the correction;
∎ Daily inline follow up;
∎ Review In-house and external all test reports;
∎ Checking Fusing test report /SPC/Pinch setting/Data sheet/pull test/TTF etc.;
∎ Problem Solving and discuss quality development with production & QA team;
∎ GSM/oz checking report;
∎ Any major problem found inform to QA & Production team to resolve immediately;
∎ Checking all new styles in finishing for pressing and accessories attachment with packing accuracy;
∎ Process validation / System Audit / Technical audit / FCCA follow up;
∎ Evaluating, and assessing products to determine that they meet the desired quality level;
∎ Attending QA and production meeting;
∎ Report making daily/weekly/monthly/Yearly;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
