∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ 1. Multi-Brand Communication Management
∎ - Strategically lead communication plans across multiple brands simultaneously.
∎ - Develop brand-specific narratives and ensure alignment with market objectives.
∎ - Oversee execution across all channels with measurable impact.
∎ 2. Campaign Management & Execution
∎ - Plan, manage, and execute 360° campaigns from concept to rollout.
∎ - Coordinate timelines, creative development, content planning, and performance tracking.
∎ - Evaluate campaign results and apply learnings to future initiatives.
∎ 3. Creative Supervision (In-house & Third Party)
∎ - Oversee the in-house creative team and provide strategic direction.
∎ - Manage third-party vendors for production, printing, and event support.
∎ - Ensure all outputs maintain high-quality brand alignment and storytelling.
∎ 4. Content Strategy & Communication Planning
∎ - Build monthly and quarterly content strategies aligned with business goals.
∎ - Develop integrated communication plans for product launches, brand building, and lead generation.
∎ - Craft business-driven narratives and cross-platform messaging.
∎ 5. Production Management (TVC & OVC)
∎ - Manage end-to-end production of TVCs, OVCs, and corporate videos.
∎ - Collaborate with directors, scriptwriters, and editors to bring creative vision to life.
∎ - Supervise pre-production, shoot, and post-production processes ensuring timelines and quality.
∎ 6. Social Media Management & Media Boosting
∎ - Lead brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, & LinkedIn.
∎ - Plan and boost posts for brand awareness, engagement, and lead conversion.
∎ - Coordinate with media buyers or directly manage platform ads for optimal ROI.
∎ Must-Have Skills & Competencies
∎ - Proven experience managing multiple brands in parallel.
∎ - Strong leadership in both in-house and outsourced creative workflows.
∎ - Hands-on expertise in campaign strategy, planning, and execution.
∎ - Experience in TVC/OVC production, scripting, and creative direction.
∎ - Digital-first mindset with social media strategy and paid promotion skills.
∎ - Excellent communication, stakeholder Management, and deadline discipline.
