Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Branch Operation, General Administration, Reporting and Documentation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform operational activities to support all projects in execution of projects' activities in the camp/ field level.
∎ Ensure admin and logistic supports to all projects in branch level.
∎ Assist Senior Branch Manager in formulating operational strategies.
∎ Ensure sitting arrangement and residential facility for eligible employee.
∎ Manage leasing of Office, Staff residence, logistic hub- warehouse/ Yard, camp level programmatic structures etc.
∎ Prepare and provide reports on new staff joining, attendance, transfer, separation and any other relevant reports under supervision of Senior Branch Manager.
∎ Support Internal Audit Team with necessary information if and when necessary.
∎ Support and facilitate internal and external field visits.
∎ Assist Senior Branch Manager in coordinating with DRR team at the branch level by maintaining the stockpiling of DRR materials through logistics team, manage the volunteers if required, reporting on incident/ disaster during any hazards and so on.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Have effective acquaintance with people management.
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills,
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications.
∎ Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work

Salary: Negotiable
