Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute business plan and strategy in line with achieving the Branch contribution to profitability and growth
∎ Planning, directing and managing Branch Team for acquiring new businesses and achieving desired sales targets
∎ Ensuring smooth functioning of daily banking operations and high quality customer services
∎ Playing key role for delivering tailored financial solutions that meet customer's needs; building long lasting relationship with local community
∎ Effective ownership and execution role of single captain in promoting and establishing business contacts and manage relationships for expansion of business opportunities
∎ Ensure effective process, regulatory compliance and controls for preventing money laundering in line with regulatory requirements
∎ Leading, coaching and managing people, assisting them to achieve individual and team targets as well as fostering their individual career development aspirations.
∎ To achieve Assets, liabilities and other business targets.
∎ To help and organize sales promotions (Campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions etc.) in co- ordination with the other channels.
∎ To communicate with customers and potential customers for sales opportunities.
∎ To ensure compliance with existing AML policies of the bank & local directives to preventing Money Laundering

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in any reputed bank with 4 years of experience in similar role preferably in a large corporate branch located in Dhaka City having excellent clientele base for Corporate, SME & Retail Businesses
∎ Solution oriented and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and contribute ideas
∎ Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable
∎ Strong knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management, and Foreign Trade Operations is required
∎ Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Partnership Act, Bangladesh Artha Rin Adalat, AML Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, Regulatory Guidelines, respective job related Laws and acts, etc.
∎ Strong leadership qualities for coaching, mentoring and managing people
∎ Excellent business communication skills with effective sales acumen and strong interpersonal relationship
