Experience:

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Security Service

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. For retired defense forces personnel, not less than rank of “Captain”

• Age At most 45 years

• At least 7-10 years of job experience in the related field or in the private security industry. For ex-defense professionals Up-to rank of “Captain” or equivalent.

• Proven working experience in the field of security management, with a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills (both Bengali and English).

• Ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.

• Relevant certifications in security management will be an added advantage.

• Both males and females are allowed to apply.

• Driving experience with valid license (Motorbike).

• Excellent computer literacy: MS Office (Excel/ Word/ Power Point),

• The incumbent should have Security and Fire related trainings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of security systems and technology is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development.

• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients.

• Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Develop new business opportunities and client partnerships.

Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage branch budgets.

• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.

• Report on branch performance to senior management.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement strategies for branch growth and expansion.

• Identify market trends and opportunities for business development.

• Contribute to the company’s overall strategic goals.
