∎ Bachelor Degree or Post-graduation in Accounting, Finance or CA, CC, CCA /ACCA from any reputed university.
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ Carry out day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping of respective branch accounts office
∎ Ensure timely posting of transactions in accounting software _ ERP of HCMP
∎ Assist ensuring organizational standard accounting procedures are followed for all payments to vendors / partners, advance liquidation and prepare & disseminate financial reports timely
∎ Verify and disburse salary to staff through BEFTN
∎ Prepare reports and submit to Upazila Accounts Manager (UAM) and Regional Accounts Manager (RAM) if necessary
∎ Submit cash requests to UAM on a regular basis to ensure financial support for project operation and prepare Bank reconciliation
∎ Deposit all funds (both cash & checks) into the appropriate bank accounts
∎ Maintain IOU register, IOU disbursement and adjustment
∎ Participate in procurement meeting on regular basis
∎ Need to participate and ensure quotation collection process as per guideline
∎ Maintain and update taxation information and prepared report accordingly
∎ Ensure the TDS and VDS per BD Government rules and regulations
∎ Ensure the TDS and VDS amount to schedule Bank ot Treasury per BD Government rules and regulations
∎ Staying up to date on software or data trends and current knowledge of online trends/ tech
∎ Maintaining liaison with internal and external stakes for seamless operation.
∎ Financial budgeting and planning ( as required)
∎ Execute any other task assigned by supervisor/ management
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
