∎ বয়লার সরঞ্জাম এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সমস্ত উপাদান রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ এবং মেরামত করা ।
∎ নিয়মিতভাবে বয়লারের জল পরীক্ষা করা এবং ক্ষয় এবং ক্ষতিকারক জমা রোধ করার জন্য রাসায়নিকের প্রয়োজনীয় সমন্বয় করা।
∎ পরিদর্শন, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ রুটিন এবং মেরামতের বিস্তারিত রেকর্ড রাখা।
