• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
• Bachelor/Honors

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Age At least 20 years

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Python.

• Solid understanding of web development principles, including RESTful API design and database management.

• Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Passion for learning and staying current with new technologies.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities & Context

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Django. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

• Implement RESTful APIs and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Design and maintain database schemas.

• Optimize database queries and perform migrations.

• Ensure data integrity and security.

• Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

• Debug and resolve issues reported by the QA team and end-users.

• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

• Manage deployment pipelines and ensure smooth application releases.

• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD processes.

• Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities.

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

• Document code, APIs, and application processes.

• Maintain technical documentation for future reference and onboarding.

• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.

• Provide technical support and guidance to developers.
