• CA (CC) qualification is preferred.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in internal audit, preferably within the RMG or manufacturing sector.

• Basic understanding of internal control systems, accounting principles, and MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of integrity.

• Good analytical skills and effective communication abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

1. Assist in conducting audits of departments, production units, and compliance functions to ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.

2. Support the planning and execution of internal audit assignments as outlined in the annual audit plan.

3. Perform audit testing of transactions, inventory, payroll, procurement, and production activities.

4. Review and verify the accuracy of records and documents such as purchase orders, GRNs, and production reports.

5. Identify process gaps, irregularities, and control weaknesses, and report findings to the Senior Auditor.

6. Conduct surprise checks in stores, finishing, and cutting sections to ensure proper material control.

7. Maintain well-structured working papers and audit documentation in line with audit standards.

8. Assist in follow-up activities to track timely implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
