∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management, Human Resources & Development, Training & Development

Job Context:
∎ This job will be mainly HR & Administrative in nature. She/He will be mainly adjunct to Company Legal procedure, Policy Development, Developing and executing an annual agenda for HR & Admin strategy & Organizational Development.
∎ Job Nature: Permanent (Urgent).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and executing an annual agenda for HR & Admin strategy in line with the business plan as well as ensuring HR & Admin plans to support the needs of the business.
∎ Monitoring & ensuring strict compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures.
∎ Information Systems, talent management, performance management, manpower planning, succession planning, etc.
∎ Leading the HR and Admin team with proper assignment distribution, co-ordination, co-operation & follow up.
∎ Policy development and documentation.
∎ Employee motivation-counseling and look after disciplinary issues.
∎ Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
∎ Establish a reward culture based on work performance and motivate all staff to act accordingly.
∎ Designing and implementing performance management system.
∎ Perform any other tasks, duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
∎ Capable to run all HR initiatives, systems and tactics of the company.
∎ Develop corporate plan for various HR matters such as Recruitment, Selection, performance evaluation, staffing and training.
∎ Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
∎ Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
∎ Keep record of attendance, absences, leave and prepare monthly salary sheet.
∎ Any other work assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have to be a team player.
∎ Must have "Can Do" attitude.
∎ Must be proactive and goal oriented.
∎ Must be able to cope up with extreme work pressure.
∎ Must have high level of communication skills in English and Bangla.

∎ Ability to maintain deadline of any assigned job.

Salary: Negotiable
