• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production

• Requires 2–3 years of proven experience in a managerial role.

• Experience in denim bottom & jacket products

• Proficient in using GSD software (GSD Certificate will get preference)

• Basic knowledge of SMV calculation and production processes

• Expertise in work study (method/time study)Team handling and training abilities

• Lead the IE department by assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring accountability for output quality.

• Conduct time and motion studies to for line balancing and improvement.

• Collect confirmed order details, prepare/revise input plans, and set realistic line-wise production targets as per learning curve.

• Oversee and validate machine layouts as per operation bulletin to ensure smooth production setup.

• Solve production-related problems through root cause analysis, eliminate process waste, and reduce retention time to drive continuous improvement.

• Train and supervise work study officers on time and motion study techniques to simplify operations and improve efficiency.

• Monitor cutting input, daily output, and line Work in Progress (WIP) to ensure consistent workflow and achievement of production targets.

• Monitor finishing section productivity and efficiency

• Collect NPT data and solve problem in order to eliminate non-productive time

• Provide necessary support and arrange training for operators and staff to enhance skills, maintain productivity, and control overtime.

• Update and maintain the worker skill matrix, ensure timely IE reports, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align with production goals and delivery timelines.
