Responsibilities & Context:
Must be familiar with Melting Furnace Work operation in front side.
Knowledge about all related operation as changing of raw materials, melting, drossing, chemical adding, degassing etc.
Prepare required parameter and ensure production setting and accurate.
Monitor daily operation of machinery adjusting setting as necessary.
Load and unload in furnace.
Knowledge about making alloys as required.
Perform routine maintenance & equipment.
Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly.
Abide by the company safety and personnel policies.
Carry out any other responsibilities that the supervisor may assign from time to time or as needed by the company.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to work without constant supervision.
Other duties as assigned
