Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

• SSC

• Age At most 30 years

• Must be familiar with extrusion press machine operation.

• Should have good knowledge about aluminum extrusion press.

• Responsibility for setting the Extrusion Press machine set-up.

• Knowledge of how to select dies for producing correct profiles.

• Knowledge to select proper profile bolster against die.

• Familiar with all standard safety pre-caution and procedure to ensure no injuries occur.

• Must have the ability to do team work.

• Must be willing to work with team members, shift supervisors and all necessary personnel.

• Must have proper knowledge of proper billet temperature taking and die temperature.

• Knowledge of identifying quality profiles and ability to make decisions to produce good quality products.

• Knowledge of operating the extrusion press at the best possible speed at all times to maintain good quality extrusion.

• Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly.

• Carry out any other responsibilities that the supervisor may assign from time to time or as needed by the company.

• Must be able to work without constant supervision.

• Other duties as assigned.
