Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Diploma in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Focus on the colour quality of yarn-dyed Cotton/Polyester/PC/Viscose Etc.
∎ Having a good Knowledge of Reactive, Disperse and Vat dyeing.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of Colour vision and colour Physics.
∎ Providing technical support in instrumental measurement for delta E value.
∎ Responsible for dyed yarn good passing for the next process.
∎ Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications to enhance the dyed yarn quality and shade inspection process.
∎ Daily communication and collaboration with cross-functional team members and Testing lab for good-quality of dyed yarn.
∎ Ability to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.
∎ Generate performance reports and ensure good quality yarn for the weaving process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Rotational shifting duty required
∎ Very good at color vision and knowledge of color physics.
∎ Munsell Hue scored "0"
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
∎ Good communication and speaking skills both in Bangla & English
