Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any subject from any reputed institutions.
∎ or
∎ Diploma in Electrical / Power / Mechanical / RAC from any reputed institutions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute production operation through running of production machineries, performing packaging operations and cleaning of clean rooms to maintain the clean environment as per GMP.
∎ Shall be responsible for performing clean-room operations maintaining clean-room behaviors.
∎ Have to achieve targeted output of production operation and report supervisor accordingly.
∎ Have to receive, handle and carry raw and packaging materials from warehouse and finished goods from production floor to warehouse.
∎ Shall follow the health and safety guidelines while working on the production floor to ensure the safety of the Plant & People.
∎ Have to follow all quality aspects as per cGMP and Company rules as well as Government's guidelines.
∎ Have to communicate with supervisor and managers and other department's employees frequently.
∎ Shall be responsible to keep update all relevant documents as per written procedure.
∎ Have to work on shift basis (3 shifts per day) and stay longer whenever required as per the department's requirement.
∎ Need to dress up following plant's unique dress requirement as per SOP that will be supplied by the company when working on the production floor.
∎ Have to develop and implement ideas and effort to make the production operation cost effective.

∎ Age at most 30 years

∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure to achieve targeted output within the stipulated time frame.
∎ Should have the ability to act decisively to solve equipment-related problems.
∎ Should have the capacity to grasp concepts easily.
∎ Should have good manual dexterity to deal with state of the art technology.
∎ Should have good work habits to ensure high levels of quality.
∎ Should have the ability to communicate clearly with team members and managers.
∎ Should have the ability of problem solving and interpersonal skills.
