∎ Proficiency on quotation, development and production follow-up merchandising.
∎ Must have good command in English both speaking & writing.
∎ Vast knowledge about computer and Expertise on mail communication.
∎ Woven Jacket/Seam sealing Jacket manufacturing experience will get preference.
∎ Proficiency on quotation, development and production follow-up merchandising.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Will be able to handle buyer account.
∎ Should have experience on verities Woven Fabric, Woven Jacket/Seam sealing Jacket.
∎ Should to know Trims / Accessories Booking.
∎ Should to know good mail communication, WeChat / WhatsApp communication.
∎ Should have good ability speak English.
∎ Must be able to do costing of all kinds of woven garments. Able to do consumption & costing independently & on the spot.
∎ Sound knowledge on quotation, development and order execution till shipment.
∎ Communication skill to deal with suppliers for raw materials and to be in house, space booking and delivery on time.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Follow up with factory/shipping company to ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Follow up with commercial on correct shipping documents, shipment advice & payment.
∎ Daily report to the management & the buyer.
∎ Should be able to understand buyer's comments and follow procedures for order fulfillment.
∎ Monitor supplier performance and provide inputs to the annual suppliers' scorecard.
∎ Able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume business. Overall responsibilities to look at designated accounts assigned by the management and provide updates.
∎ Maintains all relevant merchandising communication, order files, reports etc. required for processing orders efficiently.
∎ We are looking for experienced Asst. Merchandisers for woven garments with very strong knowledge on quotation & development and order execution & follow-up within given time frame. Must be well aware about Woven Garments, who have experience on Outerwear will get preference Candidate should have experience to handle H&M, Aldi, Next, Walmart etc.
∎ 2 years’ experience on Merchandising at Factory.
