Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain communication with overseas Buyer on regular basis.·
∎ To break down the order sheet and prepare the order costing and price quoting.·
∎ To prepare the PO sheet with order details break down.·
∎ To maintain merchandising files and updating time and action plan (TNA).
∎ Maintain data for order and input data in software for costing and reporting effectively & efficiently.
∎ Strong time management abilities, including planning & prioritizing workloads.
∎ Strong problem-solving ability.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
