Educational Requirements:
∎ Follow up of total order from development to shipment.
∎ Check and follow the supply of trims, fabrics and other accessories.
∎ Submit Order Confirmation Sheet (OCS), BOM sheet and Time & Action Plan (T&A).
∎ Maintain relation with Sample section to monitor development sample to final FIT and PP sample approval for bulk production.
∎ Report updates on product development and ensure that products meet customers quality.
∎ Compile time-to-time information on embroidery, print, and wash factory.
∎ Input required data in ERP system and update it regularly.
∎ Maintain internal plan with CP / TNA for tracking production & final inspection for on time shipment.
∎ Gather all reports regarding all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
∎ Maintain coordination with Planning department to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the lines.
∎ Follow-up with planning/production/commercial team and ensure on time shipments
∎ Prepare all relevant merchandising communications files, reports etc.

∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:

∎ Good communication skill
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office
